Love Hyde Park, Hate Litter

Woodhouse Moor (Hyde Park) can get covered in mess in the summer due to the number of people that use it, students and longer-term residents alike. Love Hyde Park wants to get volunteers involved in helping to make a more positive impact. We need volunteers to work in teams to help with litter picking on Woodhouse Moor. It will be a lovely opportunity to work in the sunshine and to gain the satisfaction of having helped improve the park. Litter pickers, bags and refreshments will be provided. Simply contact iwanttovolunteer@luu.leeds.ac.uk to find out more!

We will be preparing bags for collection whilst providing ice lollies to keep your energy up and music to keep spirits high!
Sign up or just come along! Email leaveleedstidy@luu.leeds.ac.uk to sign up for an hour (..or two) or just come along with some friends. Contact us to find out about more Green Streets volunteering events this summer too!
